1. Make sure you have an air supply. The yellow Campbell Hausfeld was not building pressure last I tried it. Could not find a reason. The big red compressor in the woodshop can be used.
2. Decide where to park the cart and level it. The “front” wheels are lockable.
3. Make sure it is level. There is a bubble level on the plate supporting the pots. Use the corner leveling bolts to center the bubble. The inserts in the pots have been secured to be parallel to the bottom of the pot. If you set the level here, the bottom of the pots should now be level as well.
4. The pressure pots have index marking on them. Theoretically, it shouldn't matter how the lids are put on the pots. I have tested them with the registration marks aligned. Each of those should hold above 40 psi for at least 8 hours. I am being conservative here. You will probably get more like 24 hours, and I have had one hold 20 psi for a week.
5. The regulators on the pots are set to 43-45 psi. The pots are rated to 60 psi, so I like this safety margin. The safety release valves are set to just above the regulator settings. If they do pop off, you will probably need to push them back in place before refilling the pot.
6. When filling the pot initially, open the valve slowly. Although there is an air director inside the lid, you don't want to chance blowing your resin all over the place.
7. To release all the pressure, just pull the safety release and hold it open till all the air is out. You can also open the air inlet, but for some reason the air regulator limits how much can come out.
   
8. I usually leave the air connected, so that they pressure can be topped off over time. In my testing, the compressor was firing every 2.5 hours or so. I am not sure if it was only one of the connections in the air hoses, or on the pots.
