==== Learn about using our Dye Sublimation Printer and heat presses! ====

>Come learn the basics of Dye Sub with our Area Coordinator Linda!  Over a 90 minute window she will walk you through setting up your art, mirror imaging, printing to the SG-1000, and how to use the heat press to permanently sublimate your image into a polyester substrate. Open to members.

==== Learn about woodworking hand tools and keeping them sharp! ====
//Time & Date: Thursday, 3/6/2025 at 7pm-8pm.//

>Come learn about some of the basics of woodworking hand tools, like planes and chisels, and learn how to keep them sharp. The goal of this workshop is to provide some basic usage of common hand tools used in woodworking and sharpening them. The most important thing about hand tools is making sure you have a razor-sharp edge. Once you're able to see what kind of finish a well planed surface can be like, you'll never want to use sandpaper again!

>The Lab is proud to announce our very first late-night event, March 1st. Goth Night! Please join us for an evening of music, dancing and social engagement. Members are encouraged to bring guests. This is a BYOB event, free to members and guests. We will be streaming Joe Virus' twitch stream for music. The event starts at 9 p.m. and ends at 1 a.m. (Oingo Boingo, when the dead go home?)

Time & Date: Tuesday, 2/25/2025 from 9pm till ??

>Quick introduction to the Cameo 4 cutter, basics of using it to cut vinyl, paper, and thin foam sheets.  We will introduce several online providers of training resources.
