Events and Classes

• Texas Beyblade League: The first event with the Texas Beyblade League was held, though no one signed up. The atrium was prepared, and future events are planned. The league typically sees either full attendance or none, and they hope for a full room next time, suggesting they didn't promote this specific event much.
• Trogdor and LightBurn Class: Marcel will be hosting a fundamentals class on Trogdor (laser cutter) and LightBurn later this month. This class aims to help new users with the laser cutter.

Member Projects and Creations

• “Troll's Cross” from Rebar: A member created a “troll's cross” from rebar, describing it as an authentic or fake Norwegian rune-like symbol. The pattern comes from twisting the rebar, and it needs further work (wire welding, shining). The member noted that while it's considered a protective symbol, it was likely invented in the early 90s, not ancient.
