The board had two primary topics of discussion: appointing a new officer and a vote about moving to a larger space for future growth.

Officer Appointment (Chief Branding Officer): The first action was to appoint Allison Sutter as the new Chief Branding Officer (CBO). She is a design student by trade, has a wealth of good ideas, and has worked very hard to help the Makerspace succeed. The move is intended to empower members and help achieve organizational goals.

Property Applications: The second action involved approving the simultaneous submission of lease applications for new locations:

- Suite 115 on the Grove location | 3 For / 2 Against / 0 Abstain | Carried (Majority Vote)

Upon hearing back from applications the board will reconvene next Tuesday to see what our options are on approved applications.
