Relocation and Facility

• Enclosure for CNC/Lasers: The board needs to build an enclosure for the CNC and laser machines (fiber laser and Calcifer) before relocating to prevent damage and ensure they have a proper enclosure in the new space.
• Storage Solutions: Rolling drawers from hardware stores are suggested as efficient storage for CNC materials and scraps, potentially providing significant storage underneath.
• Slats for CNC Machine: Need blanks and slats for the CNC machine.

Community Engagement and Grants

• UTD Senior Design Project: Discussed the possibility of collaborating with UTD for a senior design project to potentially secure a larger grant, building on past success with EPICS. This would involve working with senior students rather than freshmen/sophomores.
