  • Get rid of unwanted items currently in the storage room.
  • Consolidate and reorganize remaining items.
  • Assemble the new shelves.
  • Develop a system for members to store active projects, including:
    • A labeling mechanism using whiteboard markers.
    • Discord handle and a date on the label.
    • A documented maximum period for inactive projects.
    • Members can extend the storage period by moving the date forward on their tag.
• Addressing Issues: If the storage system becomes problematic, the organization will address it.

Facility Enhancements and Potential Projects

• Laser Show: Discussion about creating a laser show for the front windows using two analog pots with rotating mirrors to make spirograph-type patterns. This would be a fun way to engage the public with music playing.
• Theatrical Lighting: A closet full of theatrical lighting from a past life is available if needed.
• Projector Use: A projector could be set up for strange video catalogs, potentially playing content from YouTube with sound off for background visuals.
