The board had two primary topics of discussion: appointing a new officer and a vote about moving to a larger space for future growth.

* **Officer Appointment (Chief Branding Officer):** The first action was to appoint Allison Sutter as the new Chief Branding Officer (CBO). She is a design student by trade, has a wealth of good ideas, and has worked very hard to help the Makerspace succeed. The move is intended to empower members and help achieve organizational goals.
